These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of codecave.ar (the "Site") and any related services provided by codeCave ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the Site.

3. Project services
The Site presents information about our services (web development, AI agents, Web3 products, and related work). The Site itself does not constitute a binding offer for any specific project. All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties.

Any pricing or rate information mentioned on the Site is indicative only. Actual project pricing is provided in a written quote after scope discussion.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but:
- We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or continuously available.
- We do not guarantee that information on the Site is current or complete.
- We are not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Site.

For paid client engagements, liability is governed by the specific contract for that engagement.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Córdoba, Argentina.
